How to transfer
- On your computer, open this website in Chrome or Edge and choose a folder.
- In the Jumpa app on your iPhone, tap Connect to computer and scan the QR code.
- Choose your photos and videos. Keep the app open and the iPhone unlocked until it finishes.
- When your computer confirms the files are safe, you can choose to delete the originals from your iPhone.
It won't connect
- Put your iPhone and computer on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Turn off any VPN, and avoid guest or public Wi-Fi: they often block direct connections between devices.
- The QR code works once and expires after a few minutes: refresh the page to get a new one.
- Allow camera access (to scan) and, if asked, local network access in iPhone Settings → Jumpa.
Still not connecting? Use your iPhone's hotspot
- On your iPhone: Settings → Personal Hotspot → turn on Allow Others to Join.
- On your computer: connect to your iPhone's Wi-Fi network.
- Reload this site, show a new QR code and scan it with Jumpa.
The files travel directly between your devices, so they don't use your mobile data. Only a tiny amount is used to load the page.
My browser can't save to a folder
Chrome and Edge on Windows can save straight into a folder. Other browsers fall back to normal downloads and may not handle very large videos. Use Chrome or Edge for the best experience.
